dicuntur hodie, populi Inferioris Germaniae in XVII. provincias divisi, et regio illorum, Belgica, quae partim cis Rhenum, in veteri Gallia, partim trans Rhenum, in Germania. Vide quamque provinciam suis locis, inprimis in Flandriae, et Hollandiae vocibus, ut et in Begium.

etiam populi Albionis in Anglia, ad occidentem, quorum regio Hantshire, Wiltshire et Somersetshire, teste Camdeno.

postea Wellae, vulgo Wells, nrbs Angliae ultra Bathoniam urbem ad 24. mill. pass. in occidentem, quarum urbium Episcopatus copulati sunt sub Archiepiscopo Cantuariensi.
